BVTI provides analysts and senior subject matter experts (SMEs) in the areas of biological, food, agricultural, chemical, and veterinary defense (“biodefense”) to the DHS Office of Health Affairs. Our contract was competed under the DHS PACTS IDIQ vehicle, on Functional Category 1: Program Management.
